Generations of Ranching.

Quality You Can Taste.

Who We Are

Agent 0 Ranch began with a shared dream — to build something lasting, rooted in faith, family, and the ranching traditions we were raised in.

We raise beef the way it was meant to be raised — with patience, integrity, and respect for both the animal and the land. The same beef we feed our own family is what we proudly offer to yours.

“Ranching, to me, is the opportunity to raise something meaningful for my family and my community. I take pride in being accountable and hardworking — that’s the cowboy way. The dream has always been to build an empire that can be carried on for generations. I was raised with love, surrounded by love, and our beef is no different.”

-Demarvion

“Ranching, to me, is more than a livelihood — it’s a calling. I was born and raised around cattle, growing up I learned very early land teaches you nothing worth having comes easy. The soil, the cattle, the long days in hay fields — they shape a you. It’s a way of living. It’s teaching my kids that provision doesn’t come from convenience — it comes from commitment. It’s stewarding what God entrusted to us and honoring the legacy of ranchers who came before us and ensuring the generations to come understand the great honor it is to carry on this life.”

Ranching behind the scenes

Demarvion Overshown

Born and raised in Arp, Texas, DeMarvion Overshown is a linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys whose roots run deep in faith, family, and hard work. A graduate of Arp High School, he carried those East Texas values to The University of Texas at Austin, earning his degree in Anthropology while becoming a standout Longhorn known as “Agent 0.”

Now the first Cowboys player to wear No. 0, DeMarvion is also a devoted follower of Christ, fiancé to Alexis Babino, and proud father of two boys, DeMarvion Jr. and Texas Lee. Beyond football, he is passionate about mentorship, community impact, and ranching — a lifelong dream rooted in the land, discipline, and country way of life that shaped him.

Dakota Shores

Born and raised in Arp, Texas, Dakota grew up on a ranch where early mornings and hard work were simply part of life. From a young age, he learned that ranching isn’t just a job — it’s a responsibility to the land, the livestock, and the people you provide for.

After graduating from Arp High School, Dakota attended Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He went on to build a successful career in corporate innovation and technical development within the oilfield industry.

Today, Dakota and his wife Breanna are raising their five children — Aiden, Jackson, Charles, Nakona, and Fowler on the ranch. With Christ at the center of their home, they strive to lead their family and ranch with faith, integrity, and purpose.

from our pasture to your table

At Agent 0 Ranch, our cattle are grain-finished, locally raised right here in East Texas. From sunrise feedings to pasture checks, we are hands-on every step of the way. These aren’t just cattle to us — they’re part of our responsibility, our stewardship, and our legacy. We believe quality beef starts long before it reaches your table. That’s why our herd is carefully cared for, properly nourished, and humanely raised with intention and respect. Every animal is processed through a local USDA-approved processor, ensuring safety, transparency, and the highest standards from pasture to plate.

We currently offer beef packages, making it easy for families to fill their freezers with premium, locally raised beef. And keep your eye on the horizon — curated beef boxes will be coming soon for those who want ranch-quality cuts in smaller portions.
